My story is one people quietly share. I grew up in a very conservative environment where conversations around intimacy, desire, and pleasure were limited or nonexistent. These topics felt taboo, something to suppress rather than explore. Like many women, I entered adulthood and marriage without a clear understanding of my own desires or how to navigate intimacy in a way that felt connected, empowered, and true.

After more than 25 years of marriage, a pivotal moment shifted everything. A friend introduced me to an intimacy coaching platform. What began as a simple exploration opened the door to a deeper awareness of pleasure, connection, and possibility. It was an awakening and also challenging. I found myself uncovering parts of myself I had never been taught to access or understand.

Looking back, I realized how powerful it would have been to have guidance. Someone to help me navigate the questions, discomfort, excitement, and transformation.

That realization became my calling.

Today, I guide those who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and authentic expression of intimacy. My approach is grounded in compassion, embodiment, and sovereignty, creating a safe space where you can explore without judgment and move at your own pace.
